Recently the news were going rounds in the social media that in the upcoming film Picket – 43 by Major Ravi will have Mohanlal and Prithivraj will act together. Mohanlal will apper in a cameo role that will be around twenty minutes in the final portion.
But the director himself has cleared the air by saying that these roumers are baseless and Mohanlal will not be the part of the film . The hero of the film is Prithivraj. The news of Mohanlal’s Cameo in the film is not true.
The second schedule of the film is presently being shot in Kashmir. The film will reach the theatres as Onam Release. The director Major Ravi said.
Picket – 43 will say a entirely different story on the Army Background. The plot of the story revolves around an abandoned soldier who get posting at border and he find himself alone with only a radio and the dog alongside. He often faces mental conflicts within himself as he is totally isolated and away from people. Even in this conflict he protect the boarder. Being Isolated he sought solace in his friendship with a Pakistan Soldier, who also living the same life.
The story deals with the strong friendship between these two solders and deals with Soldiers state of mind amid this extreme surroundings. Along with Prithivraj the Bollywood Star Javed Jeffrey is also playing an important role in the film.
The film is a bilingual and it will be released in Hindi and Malayalam together. Joemon T John will be rolling the camera for the film
