Thiruvananthapuram: IN SNC Lavalin case there is clear evidence to prove the involvement of CPM State Secretary Pinarayi Vijayan stated CBI in there. This is submitted as counter to the CBI Court inquiring into the case where Pinarayi has submitted a release petition.
Pinarayi has ignored the recommendation from the then Electricity Board secretory for engaging into a contract with Lavalin. In his tour to Canada for the contract, Pinarayi was not accompanied by any technical personnel says CBI. Also Pinarayi did hide the details of the contract from the minister’s meeting. At the same G. Kartthikeyan did not have any role in the contract says CBI report. CBI court adjourned the hearing on the case to 7th of next month.
