The Tamil film Papanasam the remake of the Malayalam super hit film Drishyam of Jithu Joseph – Mohanlal team is running successfully all over Tamilnadu. The film has Kamal Hassan playing the male protagonist got an overwhelming response, and this has become one of the successful film of Kamal Hassan which has collected more money within a week. The film has gained positive reviews and almost collected more than 15 crore in its first week of running itself.
While celebrating the success of the film, Kamal Hassan did not forget to thank Malayalam super star Mohanlal who played the lead in the Malayalam original. He said that only an actor with good will and talent would be able to appreciate another actor. He said that he heard from so many people that Mohanlal had felt that Kamal Hassan would do justice to the role and would like to see Kamal doing the lead role in the Tamil remake of Drishyam. Kamal Hassan also said that he is grateful to Mohanlal for recommending him to play this role in the wonderful film. Mohanlal really has a good heart and thanks will not be sufficient for this.
