It has been reported that superstar Mammootty will once again play the role of Chandu in the upcoming new film directed by Hariharan. He would be teaming up with director cum script writer Renjith for the film which tell the story of another hero Payyambilli Chandu in Vadakkanpattu. Mammootty had earlier played the role of Chandu in the film Oru vadakkan Veeragadha directed by Hariharn. This information has been given by director Hariharan himself while in an interview given to the magazine Bashaposhini.
