Palakkad: Infant death again in Attappadi poverty and malnutrition has claimed the life of one month old baby girl. Child of Murugan and Girija of Paloor or died today morning by 1’o clock at Thrissur Medical College.
The baby was born prematurely at seventh month had health problems at birth. Not had enough care and malnutrition also has been identified. She was brought to hospital last week following worsening health to Kottathara hospital and then to Palakkad District Hospital. From there she was brought to Thrissur Medical College. Including this the number of kids dieing due to malnutrition in last three months reached 47
