Kochi: Jose Thettayil MLA said that he has never gone absconding and he is not going to resign his MLA’s post. “I have said everything in the court. Nothing more to say” said Thettayil. He was visiting his advocate M K Damodaran. Since the case was under the consideration of the court he refused to talk anything more. When asked by the media about his disappearance he said he never went hiding. He was here itself, he said.
