High court said that the Anticipatory bail for Kavya Madhavan is not necessary


The Kerala High Court said that it is not necessary to get anticipatory bail for actress Kavya Madhavan wife of actor Dileep who is in remand in connection with the actress abduction case. The court also said that there is no necessity for her to apply for bail plea. The court has considered this decision as the prosecution have given the guarantee that she will not be arrested. At the same time the court had posponed the bail plea of director Nadirshah the close friend of Dileep who was summoned for questioning. Kavyas bail plea would be considered on Tuesday. Meanwhile the court rejected the bail plea of accused sunil as the court considered his criminal background and also pointed out that there is a strong evidence against him for the henious crime.
