Kochi- Government gets severe criticism from High court on solar scam .The court asked whether the government had anything to hide on the issue. The court expressed its dissatisfaction on the investigation. The court observed it as doubtful that the statements are not taken from Saritha Nair even after she asked for it. Court orders are not followed in the investigation. The High Court evaluated that the investigators are acting against the images of the Court. The observations were made while hearing on the bail petition submitted by actress Shalu Menon.
Police is receiving the accused in custody in different cases and producing before different courts. It has to be made clear whether this is done with the knowledge of the leader of the investigation team or the DYSPs are doing this on their own capacity. On this if it is required the court will ask ADGP to appear before the court;said the High Court. Why it is not enquired into the role of Chief Minister on the complaint by M.K Kuruvila ;asked the Court. The case against Kuruvila was taken after he has complained against the Chief minister said the court. The court is not satisfied with the present investigation on the case
