Actress Gopika is little different from the other actresses who bid farewell to films after their marriage. After marriage she had acted in a film ‘Swantham Lekhakan’ starring Dileep in the lead. After that she delivered a baby girl and again came to films when her daughter became four years old. She made a comeback in the Malayalam film again in ‘Bharya Athra Pora’ with Jayaram. The films did not do well, but the viewers had accepted her. Then again she took a break to be with her family and now she has delivered her second child a baby boy . It is when she shared this information with a picture of her family on her official face book page , fans knew about this. Her second child is named as Aiden and her daughters name is Amy. In July 2008, Gopika married Ajilesh a doctor who is working in Ireland. After marriage she got settled in Ireland and in between she acted in Swantham Lekhakan .She said that she will act in more films if she get good opportunities and like the script. She also told that her husband and his family does not mind her and acting and they support her a lot. So Bharya Athra Pora happened.
