Thiruvananthapuram:The average of last three years annual outlay i.e 14.25 lakh tonnes will be the Annual Outlay for Kerala as per thee Food Security Bill.Out of which 4.25 lakhs,considered by the centre as the extra allowance,will be subject to special rate as for Rice Rs.8.30 and Wheat Rs.6.10 per Kg.10lakh tonnes of grains,as Rice at the rate of Rs. 3.00 per Kg and Wheat Rs. 2.00 per Kg,will be given.Including Tamil Nadu 16 Other states are also will get the benefit of this decision by Center.
