Kochi:The High Court gave order not to arrest business man M.K Kuruvila.In this matter Court asked Government and Police give the statement.
The court order also asks to explain why cases are charged against Kuruvila one after another.Kuruvila had given an interim petition to stop arrest against him in the case of cheating for crores through the company called Pan Asia.
Government informed the court that the case of fraud pretending as the relatives of Chief Minister,to Crime Branch.This explanation came while the court was considering the petition by Kuruvila asking to leave the case for Crime Branch inquiry.
