Tamil Superstar Ajith has undergone shoulder injury. The accident happened while shooting an action sequence for his latest film Vivekam. The surgery took place at Kumaran Hospital. According to reports the operation is successful and the actor is recovering well. Earlier in 2015 he had undergone a knee surgery for the injury sustained the sets of Vedalam.
