No intervention now in the solar scam inquiry

Kochi: High court today said that there is no need to get intervened now in the solar case inquiry. High court said that the lower apex court can proceed with its investigation and in this point of time the high court will not get intervened. This has been clarified by the court while considering the complaint submitted by Sreedharan Nair asking for CBI probe.  This has been clarified by the divisional bench including the chief justice.

The Lawyer of the complainant did not have an answer for the questions asked by the court.

In which circumstance that the case should be handed over to CBI. Whether he has any proof against the government related to this. Whether the action taken against the tainted workers in the CM’s office. Court made a conclusion that still the CM and the Home minister is under the shadow of suspicion. There were reports by the press on this. But the reports of media cannot be considered as proof.

Chief whip PC George complained that his and his friend’s phone are being tapped. He submitted a written complaint officially to the Speaker and the Chief Minister asking the home mistery to give an explanation. He told in the recent days he came to know that his Official, personal, relatives and friends phones are tapped. Don’t think that home minister is aware about this. He mentions in the letter that if this has been done by the police following the instruction of the former home minister, then they are doing this deliberately  to sabotage the Government.

Lavalin Case: There is evidence against Pinarayi- CBI

Thiruvananthapuram: IN SNC Lavalin case there is clear evidence to prove the involvement of CPM State Secretary Pinarayi Vijayan stated CBI in there. This is submitted as counter to the CBI Court inquiring into the case where Pinarayi has submitted a release petition.

Pinarayi has ignored the recommendation from the then Electricity Board secretory for engaging into a contract with Lavalin.  In his tour to Canada for the contract, Pinarayi was not accompanied by any technical personnel says CBI. Also Pinarayi did hide the details of the contract from the minister’s meeting.  At the same G. Kartthikeyan did not have any role in the contract says CBI report. CBI court adjourned the hearing on the case to 7th of next month.

Dulqar Salman Landed In Trouble For Not Wearing Helmet

Kochi police has registered a case against Dulqar salman for riding the Bike without wearing Helmet . To behave like this in a public place is offensive. The authorities claimed that since he violated the rules he has to pay the penalty. The actor rode the bike in a “ bike rally event hosted to promote his upcoming movie Neelakasham Pachakadal Chuvanna Bhoomi directed by Sameer Tahir.
On Sunday Afternoon around 130 bikes demonstrated on the ride. The show started at 3 pm and
Dulquar has joined the show only by 5.30 to lead the rally. The rally started from Kallur stadium to the AMA hall where the film is getting launched. He did not wear the helmet. The city police said that stars should set an example before the public and should not make mistakes like that.
